Where to start: Lumbridge Castle
Requirements: None
Items you need: Bucket, Empty pot.

METHOD:

1. First go to Lumbridge castle then head over to the Lumbridge cook. Talk to the cook and ask What's wrong? And say you will help him.

2. Now take the empty pot off the bench, then climb-down the trap door and take the bucket off the table.

3. Go back up to the surface then head over to the cow field which is across the river, north-east of Lumbridge castle. Milk one of the dairy cows and your bucket will then be full of milk. 1 down, 2 to go.

4. Now head north on the path until you find the chicken coop and take an egg from it. 2 down, 1 to go.

5. Now go accross the river again and follow the parth north until you find a wind mill. 

6. Pick some wheat from the field than head to the top part of the wind mill. Place your wheat in the hopper than pull the hopper controls. Now head back down to the bottom floor and get the flour out of the flour bin.

7. You are almost done, now head back to the cook to finish your quest!
