Grand Exchange Basics

Everyone who has been playing RuneScape for a while now, probably hates the 3k rule. So Jagex created a place called the Grand Exchange. The Grand Exchange is loaded with secrets, That we are going to tell you in our Grand Exchange (G.E.) Guide. First of all you may want to know where the G.E. actually is, Well its in Varrock! Below is the map of Varrock, which tells you where it is situated.

When at the entrance you may be surprised at how many people there are. Heaps and Heaps. Before you can use the G.E. you must talk to the guy with a big trumpet who teaches you how to use the G.E. Below are some pictures that show you how to use the G.E.

In the G.E. You can sell most of your ordianary stuff, and is a good way to sell and buy because heaps of people are here. You may want to have a look at the map of the G.E. Below.

When you want to buy and sell you go to the middle where there are banks and exchange managers. To sell you talk to them and when you finish talking a Grand Exchang Buy and Sell window will open like the ones below.

When Buying :

Now you are up to the easy part, buying. To buy something, you click on the icon with a bag and a arrow coming in it. When you click it it will take you to a window like the one below.

Then you type what you want you want in the search panel below the window like the screenshot below.

Select what you want and select for what price you want it for. NOTE: you cannot fully choose what you want to sell it for.

When your buy is successful the buy box will have a green bar. You click on it and you will see the window above. On the bottom right hand corner of the windows is a image of what you bought, Click it and it will go into your bag. The may be a image of gold coins, which you can click it (Don't worry its not free money its just change).

When Selling :

To sell something it is pretty much the same procedure, But you click the icon with the arrow going out, When you click it select what you want to sell form your bag and choose a selling price And accept. When the offer is completed the green bar will come again, click it and receive your money.
